Loved how she pointed out how everyone dies around Sonny but he always survives and how that's supposed to make him sympathetic in a twisted way.
Bcause it is a curse. Don't you think that sort of thing eats at Sonny, that so many people he's loved have died because of him. I hope it doesn't because bad shit happens.
You try being the one who always survives a horrible situation while your loved ones cop it.
And don't say that he can just leave the mob because he can't. It's the only life he's ever known and the only thing he's good at.
Here's the thing. Alexis is incredible in this scene. I only wish it didn't come at the cost of her relationship with Sonny. The PTB should never have broken them up. Her hatred of Sonny comes from the fact that her sister died but also because she felt jilted and discarded by the man she loved.
How beautiful to see someone tell off Sonny and Jason for the vile criminals they are!
The only flaw in this scene: Sonny has the gall to put his hand on Alexis' back at the end. Gee, what a comfort. She should've kicked him in the teeth.

How can anyone ever pity Sonny? Lily's death was absolutely his fault. Were he not in the mob, Lily and her unborn child would not have died. It's that simple. I agree with every word of what Alexis said. Sonny and Jason had it coming.
