yeah you cant really see with a projector. I wish the technology to make them as bright as a plasma TV existed, then you wouldnt need to turn out the lights.

I have a nice LCD TV and its now easier to me to shoot game videos using it vs my old TV which had mad flicker on my camera. I actually have another LCD TV, the LCD-2000 flat screen TV from my "LCD-2000 flat screen TV running off xbox 360 power brick" video. This TV is coming from a friend as sort of a backup b/c my monitor on my PC is messed up and if it dies I will have to use my LCD TV till I buy a new PC or monitor.

oh im also playing on my pc monitor (samsung syncmaster p2450) now because its much easier to play FPS on it. :) well i got a projector, a lcd tv and a monitor. but only the monitor belongs to me. LoL

I have my Sansui LCD Wide TV my crappy PC monitor which is dying and an LCD flat screen TV coming from a friend b/c he dont want it. it just has to get over here somehow. all belong to me.

you can get projectors that displa full 1080p, but make sure that you know that it displays full 1080p, some of them have an hdmi cable but only go up to 1080i so be aware of that

projectors are better then TV's. Easier to move, bigger screen for cheaper price.

a lot of the picture quality is in what you use as a surface for the screen. My roomate has one. I like playing Halo3 on a 93" HD screen. it helps when no scoping people. Even cut in 4 each person has a 431/2" screen.

It makes a good computer monitor too.

u can get for for 254 quid in currys u dont usualy get the wall things with them there a hundred pounds but if ur projecting onto a white wall its still the same, u cud just paint over the bit that ur projecting on in white emulsion though

projectors do not come with screens but who needs a screen if you have a white wall??...i mean if your picky about having a screen its cool but its not as necessary as you may think, or at least i think so
