It was a stunt pulled off by Troy Hartman for "Senseless Acts of Video" on MTV (he was also the host). They soaked his canopy in a 5-gal bucket of kerosene (you can see it as he's standing in the door).

Troy pulls off lots of carefully planned stunts. I agree that whoever posted this gave it a stupid title though.
