  • This is gorgeous, it should have won over Ireland, even though I like that to, just not as much as this one.

  • with this song she could win 10-15 years before, but for 90s ... we ve heard it much and much

  • I remember watching this when I was 7 years old and falling in love with the song immediately! I can still hear the Swedish commentator saying "Don't bother about her dress, just vote for this beautiful song! Bettan must win this year, because nothing can ever beat this beautiful song!"

  • Really, really good! : )

  • Elisabeth Andreassen er fantastisk!! She deserved to winn this year, and could possible have done it, if we were not send out in the cold by EBU that year!!

  • Bettan er best <3

  • Morten, Morten, Morten. Huffameg!

  • this song really, REALLY deserved to have won this year!

  • this song is beautiful - much better than the irish song - but ireland was the eurovision nation at that time. they havent won it since though!

  • Please...why you don't cut the video at 04:42 minute when the song and the ovation are finished? This was a great song from Norway...lovely in all the senses..but in 2010 one more time a ballad with a young singer...you're not original, you try to repeat the sucess of 2009....

  • @Manuebcn My Heart is Yours has no comparasion with Evighet this one is totally superior. And plus: the problem is not being "another ballad" the problems is that Eurvosions viewers and fans just want music that make them shake shake their quele quele and become trully shady ladies that shout "Opas" .so to say music with no meaning whatsoever but entertaiment so that no one falls asleep. Days 1996 will never ever exist again. Music is dead in eurovision! Entertainment is all that shit becamse!

  • Norway! Select a melody like this - full of sense and lyricism for 2010 and do your best as a host...

  • And Norway did this year. Didrik sings an anthem-like ballad like Elisabeth did in 1996 :-). Goosebumps all the way.

  • @GertfromNL Nothing can be superior than this classic eurovision moment ... Evighet is a pearl and My Heart Is Yours is justa very nice ballad ... that's all!

  • @XPooh3r They would if ... Eurovision viewers and fans ... weren't all expecting to have "my number one quele quele shady ladies opas and shake shake pieces of shit" music every singles fucking year ... they get bored with ballads that sounds all the same (according to them) but they get tired of the same piece of ethnic pop trash that also sounds much the same ... but heeey it entertains and makes them dance ,... who cares what is being sug and who sings! ESC today ... what a shame!

  • @Fabian81 The problem is that come the start of the noughties, a new generation began to follow Eurovision. They took to Dana International and Guildo Horn, Stefan Raab etc and formed this consensus that Eurovision is supposed to be camp. You won't believe the times someone has described one of the many soulless songs of the passing decade as being "Eurovision songs". They obviously don't remember the golden age of Eurovision when it was a song contest, not one of camp and neighbour appreciation

  • @setheurovision94 The exact word is "don't know whatsoever" not "don't remember", Shamefully enough for a whole lot of people ... Eurovision seems to have started like 6 or 7 years ago with the televoting with the diasporas with the bloc votings with the chessy crappy uptempo songs with the denial for ballads with the signficant number of songs of bad quality "disguised" by stage acts and jokes etc etc These people don't even know that it all began in 1956. And if they do ... they don't care :(

  • @ Oh, Eurovision may have changed but it's slowly getting back on track. These last two contests have seen real promise. As it is, I was about ready to give up hope on it until 2009. Novelty acts now seem to be, mostly at least, a thing of the past. Bottom line, we need more variety. Musical variety, that is.

  • @setheurovision94 I wouldn't believe in it so hard I am not convienced of the slight changes that we've witnessed in 2009 and 2010 the return of the ballads of great quality didn't really worked out in the voting saddly. Denmark was the only one who really nailed it to be on the top 5. As far as eastern countries songs are concerned I hated them all except for Georgia but everything else argh never understood how Russia and Ukrained went to the final and Arzbeijan and Armenia make me sick.

  • @setheurovision94 And then the Opas and Allez allez that kind of songs will always be desired in Eurovision if they dissapear ESC dies with no interess among fans and viwers. That type of joke song and circus number decorated with a lot of stage distractions and dances is what had been entertaning viewers and fans who are now convienced that this is "type of song" of Eurovision. Ballads make them fall asleep ... that is what happens when ESC became a new "gay niche".

  • @setheurovision94 S. I think that there is a new generation of voters in ESC (much younger) that has changed the demand for the types of song favoured (aka Germany this year). If it is "camp" it is a different definition of camp. The Danes, the Dutch, the Norwegians have all tried to do camp in recent years to no avail. Accusations of "Eurovision songs" have been there since the start

  • goose-struck melody

  • I just knew this song from a Norwegian friend, even that I dont understand the language I just fell in love with this song when I listened to it for the first time, she sang it beautiful!
