ok yeah someone is lying here because there is no way thats the radiator for 3 reasons A his engine wouldve seized from overheating when he was just sitting there no way to start them after that B theres is no way there is that much water/coolant in that radiator and C If it was the radiator then it wouldnt start steaming then stop and then start again it would just steam and then stop completly. also notice it only steams when he gets near a building or cops get near him!

@Potatonaught Its NOT from the radiator. Thats what I thought when I saw it. But the guy had set up tanks of oil over the engine that he could dump from the inside controls. This was to keep the cops from climbing up on his dozer, and it worked great. The reason the thing finally stopped was because the last building he took out had a small basement, and his track fell into it and he became stuck.
