It's only "Sandaga", I could read from the action bar too. If you don't trust me, just pause at 0:09 and go to mauvecloud[dot]net/charsets/as­ian/fastromaji[dot]html, type in "Sandaga" where says "Romaji" and compare what appears in "Katakana" with the action's name of the girl, which is named Eri, there.

My mistake, for some reason I just felt tempted to put a t in there, due to the word "thunder." And yes, I am fluent in Japanese and so I can confirm what you said without resorting to any help sites =].

If it was just a distinct "Oooh" I wouldn't have said what I said. I distinctly hear an "ah" sound before the long "oh". And given the context and the "r" sound I heard, I can only think "raiou" 雷王, which would mean thunder god.
