We should "stay alive" our revolutionary hip-hop,like an excellent preposition, PROMOVE THINGS LIKE THIS TODAY AND THE IDIOT NEW HIP-HOP COULD DISAPPEAR, THIS IS OUR TIME NO THE COMMERCTIAL TIME, MY FRIENDS
Saw Senser live @Godiva earlier this year. I missed them playing age of panic coz of an epic beer escape, GUTTED!!!! Awesome set!! If we can get Rage to #1 last christmas, why not Senser this year??
This is the real deal. not that shit they call hip hop today, fuck Jay Z, Rihanna, Kaney West and all that shit!! ( I don't even know other names of hiphop morons lol!)
was into these guys well b4 rage. heard them being compared often!! Senser.... guys i have never heard a bad track from you! sign of an amazing band, in my opinion and i varied music tastes eg The Jam, stone roses, the who, linkin park, ice cube, ulrtravox when john knox was there, lots more. plus u sound better live than in studio!!!not many bands can do that.u blow rage outta the stratosphere!! all marketing n music industry politics eh!! keep it real guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe somebody help me. I'm look at a crew some like Humungous Fungus, who had a song with refren "Shout! shout!" or something. Do somebody know, where I can find it?
this shit is tha bomb!!! im one of the lucky ones that have a limited coloured edition nº1708! it´s tightly packed and very well taken care of!! gotta love it :)
"You're gonna say how did it ever get this far / when all I ever wanted was a house and a car / Now moma's in the backroom serving up rocks / Daddy's in Wandsworth sitting in a box / listen to the click of the steel as it locks / The real enemies are in the corporate office blocks."
Excellent stuff. The mid-90's were such a good time for such crossover music. Looking back, it was a golden age. Good job Senser are still going and their new single is top stuff.
Senser were doing dance/rock/punk infused music long before the Prodigy. If they do sound similar, its The Prodigy who sound like Senser, not the other way around. If I'm honest, I always preferred Prodigy pre '94 anyway. Their new album is the best thing they've released since Jilted Generation tho, simply because of the blatant nod to The Prodigy's own origins. Love the True Faith sample, what a tune that was! Warrior's Dance does do it credit tho
not the only one who remembers the time when this came out. This was definitly one of the best tunes in1994, and there was a lot of good music back in this year.
I'll always return to shit like this, since hiphop today never make any sense; rappin' about diamonds and fur, champagne and some party that I'm never invited to.
@iglooworkshop exactly, hip hop has changed in the bad way, only speaks about jewells, bitches, drugs, im the most..., im the most..., im the most...., i have..., iahve..., i have..., i miss the 90´s, the pure music, the pure rage, the pure hate, the pure love, etc... hip hop now is like all the pop music, hip pop could be named....
@iglooworkshop Your should check out "Dubbledge - The Message" its exactly about what your saying.... from a UK perspective... awesome track. If you dig way deep down in the ground, in the underground to be exact you'll find ukhh has been thriving off artists that feel the exact same way. Chester p, Skinnyman, Sonnyjim... i could go on and on and on. Your right tho, I keep coming back to this man, never dies.
Not heard any Senser for years and for some reason they apppeared in a dream last night! Can't explain that but first thing today powered up the PC and logged onto youtube. Amazing. All the old stuff here. Great memories of good times. EXCELLENT.
