  • Unfortunately, the truth about Islam cannot be hidden any longer, especially not after 9/11. As much as Muslims would like to fit in our Christian society, they will fail just like Christians do trying to fit in a Muslim society. Try as a non-Muslim to live in, say, Iran or Saudi Arabia or any other Islamic country. You will find yourself persecuted and even killed - and this is the truth. As far as being a Christian woman living in a Muslim country - better to not even try. Sorry!

  • a very kind man...

  • Huge credit to CBS for allowing me to see someone's generosity. Hope other networks take notice

  • This is the true spirit of Islam. Muslim or not, more people should adhere to charity.

  • I found it funny because a person who linked me this video said that a he shouldn't have shoken a woman's hand in public. (He was muslim)

  • @Hitman22ish thank you

  • i think the main reason people are mentioning he is muslim is because everyday america reminds muslims that osama bin laden was a terrorist. he was indeed. however, just like everyone here is saying that people from all different walks of life can be good, people from all different walks of life can be bad too. you may say this mans goodness has nothing to do with him being muslim, but then you must understand that the actions of a few evil terrorists has nothing to do with them being muslim

  • @surayzee

I strongly support the idea that "the actions of a few evil terrorists has nothing to do with them being muslim "

In fact, I am sincerely confident that these few terrorists are NOT true/practicing muslims

  • @Hitman22ish Well Islam has violence is the Qu'ran. Let's just say good people do good things and bad people do bad things. Fuck religion.

  • @AQGOAT24 i'm muslim and i know the quran doesn't preach violence, and if it sounds like it does then it is usually taken out of context. but ur absolutely right good people do good and bad people do bad regardless of whatever religion they claim they follow. i don't believe religion is the problem, rather the people who twist it to their own advantage

  • @Hitman22ish in*

  • Now you might wonder how humans can be nice to each other if there is no God....Why would I, an atheist, show righteous behavior?

Because I value other humans. Life would be difficult and less interesting without them.

So, if you enjoy the company of others and value other humans, you'll tend to treat them well.

Also, I realize that each other is all we have got in this cold and lonely universe. No one is watching our backs except for us watching each others' backs. We must love each other.

  • I will disprove your claim that without God humans can't be righteous.

    1. The founder of the red cross, one of America's biggest HUMANITARIAN, RELIEF PROVIDING organization, is Clara Barton. She is an atheist. She is fairly righteous.

    2. Confucianism is one of the MOST righteous religions, and Master Confucius emphasizes humanity and virtue as much as Prophet Mohommad or Lord Prophet Jesus did. Confucianism has no Gods. It is based on the teachings of Master Confucius, a philosopher.

  • Good character consists in three traits -- avoiding that which is forbidden; seeking that which is permitted; and being generous towards others.

May Allah reward him with all the good of this life and the Hereafter. :)

  • I never do so. When someone does bad things, I never look at their religion.

A criminal is wretched. And a generous man is noble.

    REGARDLESS OF RELIGION.

I am pakistani myself. I lived in Tarikh road, Karachi before moving to Peoria, Illinois.

We both know that there are lots of asshole, bastard, doggy muslims....and LOTS of AWESOME, AMAZING, NOBLE, GENEROUS muslims :)

main yeh bool raha hoon, bhai jaan., key Iss sooch say nikal ayien kay mazhab ka aap kay achay honay say koi taluq hai :)

  • When something bad happens, every body starts ranting the muslim mantra. When a muslim immigrant from pakistan proves to be an examplary american, you are trying to overlook his muslim identify. This is hypocrisy. He comes from pakistan, he lived in pakistan for thirty years and all his values and generocity reflect his country of origin: pakistan

  • i salute you sir

  • such a beautiful story

  • And why don't you realize that the generosity/nobility/humility of an individual has nothing to do with his/her religion? :)

  • why don't you stop labeling :) ?

  • Stop labeling-there is good in may people who do not think like you do and I am Muslim

  • Good Religious Man

  • He is a muslim, his religion orders him to be generous, and to not value money over people.

  • @Gutsyndicate Asif Ali Zardari, the current Pakistani President, is also a muslim. He is the sole reason why thousands of Pakistanis starve daily. He is also muslim.

  • @Hitman22ish First of all, i am not here to say if asif is a muslim or not but one thing is for sure, islam teaches you to be good to people. Yet, in this day and age if you still believe righteousness is not related to believing in God then you seriously are mistaken.

  • @Gutsyndicate And please don't forget that the founder of the red cross is an atheist.

Perhaps the point I am trying to get across is.....well...religion doesn't have anything to do with the character and generosity of an individual.

  • respect for such people...

  • No you don't. you may think you do !!!

Sorry but it is the reality!!
