At my Zumba classes we don't use that as a warm-up, it's a routine we do and it's my favourite (Also known to me as 'The dance of the fish') so I pretty much know a version off by heart.

Honestly, a warm up has to do ALOT with the time of day youre teaching.. If youre doing an AM class where everyone is most likly moving around for the first time of the day in YOUR class, warm up must be traditional... BUT for my PM class's where everyones been moving around all day, I pick it up! I Like the routine ladies!

This is a great warm up routine, I love it. I'm doing my instructor course in October and getting so worried about putting a whole routine together as I am not a trained dancer.  This really helps, I'd love to use some of it!
