Looks good! I guess shadows under the feet and a hotter light from above though a stencil for the tree shadow pattern would make a big difference in how they match. You might ask Ron Cole how he did the shadows under his puppets feet for his latest shots. I think he used Photoshop.
The lighting of the puppet looks super great!
