I just finished watching the Face Value documentary, and I happened upon this little gem. People make fun of Phil Collins sometimes, and at first you can hear people giggle at the novelty of this performance, but Phil's arrangement arrests them because these guys really know how to deliver it. Phil would be proud of this, no doubt.
