actually fat calories and protein isnt as bad as you may think...i used to look at that shit when i was dieting but i learned that you need calories and fat for energy and protein especially when exerting tons of energy like while exercising...and its natural so theres no artificial shit in it i may have to try it out haha...is it ridiculously expensive?
