I do not know about laetrile but I have read that sodium thiosulphate can help get rid of any of the arsenic that might be a concern. Sodium thiosulphate is a known arsenic antidote and harmless. It can be bought from places that have photography supplies. How much you need to take, though, I don't know.

Make sure you get the nutrients that are necessary in order for laetrile to work:
1) zinc (which is the transport mechanism for laetrile),
2) Vitamin C (build up to 6 grams a day),
3) manganese,
4) magnesium,
5) selenium,
6) Vitamins B6, B9 and B12,
7) Vitamin A,
8) Vitamin E (at least 2,000 I.U.)
