@tennisplyr35 I think it is. i have this exact same version @ home and it was mentionned in the torrent details that it was from their 2007 CD not the 2009 remixed one.

but how can we be certain?

The 2009 version was changed a LOT, and most feel that it wasn't for the better (myself included). This is definitely the old 2007 version that I love! So bummed that the re-release saved over the old album in my itunes, now I'm stuck with the lame one. Boooo.
