  • We are prolonging the matter of punishing CEOs for their Law Breaking by making this issue more complicated than it should be, while these crooks make off with billions of dolars of ill gotten money!

Its simply a matter Right and Wrong!

We are Cyber Citizens and we all know right from wrong! When laws are broken that already exist, the guilty partiest must be punished, its just that simple.

We really don't need new codes and laws, just enforce existing laws!

  • Constructive and realistic in scope.

The only factor which cuts into the entire concept of an ethics standard is the recurrent businessman's approach to greed. It seems to supersede logic & consideration of others for some business owners, share holders, board members & CEOs.

Each businessman has a different set of expectations to the shareholders. If a company is stable, and has ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 27000, or ISO 22000 in place, then DAVOS works. Greed and desperation changes ideals & ethics

  • If the CEO can choose to whether or not to follow the enterprise's code of conduct, could it still be called a code?

Of course the idea of a conduct code will NOT please CEO's worldwide, but that is exactly the reason it should exist.

  • Excellent response!

  • "a code of conduct should be transparent"

    I agree.
