Yes, that´s true, I have always been very warmly received everywhere. the people are so easy to become friends with. in most case, a smile is enough, and for the few who remain reserved, usually some words in creole melt the reserve away.
That´s why I don´t understand why so many have such a negative attitude towards Haiti... I guess they just don´t know it better.
