They estimated the crowd at 215,000 people, plus or minus 10%; in comparison, their estimate for the Restoring Honor rally was 87,000, plus or minus 9,000.
Btw, CNN commissioned them to do the study and so did FOX, who conveniently decided not to air it.

The rally to restore Sanity and/or Fear drew in over 250 000; plus an additional 2 000 000 total viewers on Comedy Central live, plus an additional 570 000 live video streams on the internet.
Glenn Beck didn't have the same television/internet live broadcast so he only had the actual people physcially there.
So 200 000 for Beck and 2 820 000 for Stewart and Colbert.

I watched the Jon Stewart rally, and though the comedy did not always work out, it was still funnier than Beck's lame and offensive attempts at humor. I can't even approach the idea of Bill O'Reilly delivering a joke.
