But I just continued suturing after 2 minutes at the end when it makes lacerations like crazy and don't let Hoffman die just suture suture heal, and so on, when I was about to make the healing touch I let it make more lacerations so I did the healing touch and got more extra points

Theres another prove that Chewey play on hard:U must be in hard mode to get a XS.

It's literally impossible to get an XS rank on Easy mode, it's just not programmed that way! The only way to get XS is to meet the requirements of an S rank on Hard mode, and since (s)he gets an XS rank, it's definitive proof that ChewyLSB is playing on Hard Mode.
