The political killings and corruptions will forever be a part of President Arroyo's legacy. Although she has done enough economic developments, the wealth has not trickled down to the majority.

This policy of allowing the citizens to find work abroad to help the economy instead of vigorously helping the private sectors expand through government loans and incentives so more jobs will be created, it has created a lagging economic progress compare to neighboring Asian countries.
