@EvanTheFive how so? The gauge you are looking at in the cockpit is clearly a tachometer showing engine revolutions and not ground speed. That would be why it climbs to its peak of 10,000 rpm (the gauge is in a x10 format, so when you see 850 for example it means 8500rpm) and the SHIFT LIGHT goes off, he shifts, and the engine speed drops back down. The top of the display is cut off so the left most digit looks like a 4 most of the time when it is reading 9 and why the 8s look so funky.
