the Killer NIC was supposed to improve windows networking performance, and was launched before vista. vista was also supposed to improve windows networking performance, so i wonder if there is still la benefit? either way i dont think its worth it, you can take that money and get a better upgrade that will increase performance more.

Also this NIC has sooooo much more to offer than just latency reduction, install the FNA Torrent app and and you can download torrents while your gaming online with no hit to CPU performance, thats why theres a USB port on the back of the M1 so you can connect an external hard drive to download your torrents to.

Don't move your computer while it's on dumbass... Theres a harddrive in there thats spinning at 7200RPM, and you don't want those moving parts in there hitting eachother. It happened to me once, and I had to get a new harddrive...
Also 20ish ping is pretty good... You can definetively notice a difference between 150 ping and 130 ping.
