@richardarichter123 The way that I found worked best..was to freeze it..than let it set out a couple of min when you were ready to serve..was awesum...thanks for cking it out!!

This is sorbet, sherbet is a powdered fizzy mixture made with citric acid, caster sugar and bicarb soda.

if you add a tablespoon or so of vodka then it wont be hard when you scoop it

( you can get a perfect scoop) :)

Howdy from Spain! :-) Thank you for making the video! Very well made and to the point. I made something similar today with nespres (some odd fruit my mother-in-law has here). I read somewhere to put a shot of alcohol to keep it from freezing like a rock. We just happened to have Georgia moonshine :-)

If you add alcohol to the recipe it helps prevent the whole thing from turning into an ice cube.

so it took 2 nights! mmm I think its faster to freeze the watermelon pieces to get hard then blend it ! but I like the video for another reason :P

if it's not so creamy,then you should try this recipe:2 cups of cream,about 1 1/2 cup of fruit(add 3/4 cups of sugar with the fruit,mix it up with a spoon and leave it in the fridge over night. Then you will have syrup with it),and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

Instructions:stir in fruit with cream and vanilla. Then add mixture into your ice-cream maker,and churn for about 20 minutes. Then you have sherbet or ice-cream!!

@piketyl000 regular ice cream never gets hard enough in the maker you have to finish it in the freezer...but this you want softer than that...it's good but growes on you...as hot as it has been...ice cold watermelon...makes a man crave it..lol..thanks for cking it out
