Mark Cuban is a criminal. He was charged with inside trading by the SEC.

He financially backed ANTI-US and anti-troops movies like REDACTED.

Great debate, I love both Mark Cuban and Fred Lohmann.

I agreed with Fred in the beginning about the start-up's not being able to exist without the DMCA protection but Mark (in my opinion) was right during the second half when he mentioned that GooTube makes it too easy for people to infringe and much more difficult to track them.

Why is it that people always say "He has so much money why doesn't he get a haircut."

What's wrong with his hair? Do you want him to wear gold extensions with a hat made from diamonds? The guy doesn't care, he's just a normal person who happened to make the right decisions at the right time.

It actually is okay to violate copyright left and right. We are talking about information here. Why would any law that restricted the sharing of information be good. The only reason for copyright to begin with was to offset the cost of production and distribution and motivate people to produce more. Distribution is now essentially free, production is exponentially cheaper. The law now does more harm than good.
