@gclay20 ~I saw the damage 3 days after i bought it, i emailed LV, then reply right away and advised me to bring it to the store. I called the nearest LV store, they want to see it. so i went!
My hubby flew to get to LV store, showed them the receipt and all, and told my hubby that they have to evaluate because they think it is mishandled "WHATEVER" and that they will just call my hubby and give him feedback... THEY NEVER CALLED to Date.. :)
Louis Vuitton will replace/give you a new bag if you take it back to the store. They are big on things like this happening to customers bags.
