I know exactly what you mean about retail and I feel the same way. I think the worst thing for me is when a customer waits until AFTER the transaction and after the receipt is printed to ask me about the price of something and complain about how it was supposed to be on sale. Or when customers ask me to price check everything when we have two price scanners that nobody uses in the store. Merry Christmas. ;P
