It isn`t so difficult to go by chrutches on and off an escelator. My wife had learned this in a very short time. You must trie to get the same speed at the first step on, like the escelator and at going away you must held the chruthes more forward and so this will be than a greater step as normal. So you will have a well balance forward.

One of my greatest accomplishments was when I was able to get on and off of an escelator with my crutches and in a heel. Ellen does it very well.
