The "method" of the process simply doesn't matter. There is a certain amount of energy REQUIRED to RAISE H and O from the lower energy state they are in when they are combined as water. And it's PRECISELY the same amount of energy that's released when H and O are combined BACK INTO water. Therefore, AT THEORETICAL BEST, one could exactly break even, in energy terms, by separating and then recombining ANY elements put together in ANY molecule. No better energy outcome is possible.
One more thing...On this note....why does every water car free energy inventor "prove" there results by using it to run a car? That allows for lots of mysterious things to happen under the hood and behind the scenes. Why don't these people give us some raw data. Like "we discharged 70 joules of electrical energy into this water using our system. The hydrogen was collected, and combusted in a calorimeter, where it released 90 J of energy. @knopper123 The law of conservation of energy isn't challenged by conversion of water to HHO gas. Water harnesses energy that has to be released; there is no conversion. Finding an efficient way of releasing the energy is the challenge.

When it was finally assessed at a court hearing(investors sued stan because he took their money and gave no results), it was proven to be regular electrolysis. Less energy out than he put in. The homogenous equation was chosen for the energy model to describe the conservation of energy in systems that are composed of basic elements. If systems become more complex, they are not in the elemental form. Given that water is a molecule, that is not a system in its elemental form, thus its energy cannot be expressed in simple form. Stan seems to have failed to bring savior to the world, by writing impossible to understand patens, and sharing not one working engine with a fellow scientist. Setting a world record on the 100m is worth nothing if you do it in an empty stadium and only the stopwatch in your hand to record it. He showed the stopwatch with the time, and gave a vague discription of his preparation.
I hope more than one researchers will find it in their heart to COOPERATE and get us off the fossile fuels.

The "method" of the process simply doesn't matter. There is a certain amount of energy REQUIRED to RAISE H and O from the lower energy state they are in when they are combined as water. And it's PRECISELY the same amount of energy that's released when H and O are combined BACK INTO water. Therefore, AT THEORETICAL BEST, one could exactly break even, in energy terms, by separating and then recombining ANY elements put together in ANY molecule. No better energy outcome is possible.

When asked to prove his concept to a london university professor he failed to show up, and he was fined around $50,000 dollars for inevstment fraud. Electrolysis: 2 H2O(l) → 2 H2(g) + O2(g)
The maximum energy you can get out of H2 later via combustion of H2 or re-transformation to electricity is 2.98 kWh per m3.
2 H2(g) + O2(g) → 2 H2O(l)
2.98 is smaller than 4.3 or 4.8, to make this point clear!

Energy does exist in vacuum, empty space does contain energy. This is a well accepted fact in real conventional science. For example pair of particles and it's antiparticles can be spontaneously created out of nothing.
Matter is also energy. Information acts on matter and matter acts on information as well.

Can someone explain the slide at 1:00? the energy necessary to move the electron from E1 to E3 (I calculated to be 12.088 eV)is 1.88 eV short of what E2-E1 provides (10.2 eV).
BTW I found the wavelength needed to make the electron jump from E1 to E2 is about 122 nm

Regardless of whether overunity exists or not(all kinds of things exist that we cannot yet experimentally demonstrate), the fact remains that several experts attempted to independently assess stanley's cell, and he made excuses to avoid it. When it was finally assessed at a court hearing(investors sued stan because he took their money and gave no results), it was proven to be regular electrolysis. Less energy out than he put in. And he wasn't murdered, he had a cerebral aneurysm(like a stroke)..

I am a mathematician. In all my years of mathematics, I was NEVER told that energy could not be extracted from all matter. The homogenous equation was chosen for the energy model to describe the conservation of energy in systems that are composed of basic elements. If systems become more complex, they are not in the elemental form. Given that water is a molecule, that is not a system in its elemental form, thus its energy cannot be expressed in simple form. Stop the nonsense.
