Anybody recall another cartoon in the 80s that was somewhat like Silverhawks, but set in the ocean... and the heroes had the ability to take on the form of an ocean animal....?
Hey SanDiegoSouth, I think that the cartoon you are talking about was called Tigersharks. It was like Thundercats and Silverhawks put together. I think that's the one you mean. Hope that helps. This is one of he best cartoon intros ever!
I loved this cartoon but I always wondered why they needed to cover their face if their fleshy parts could withstand space and combat damage ?
Reminds me of a challange of the superfriends episode where wonder woman, aqua man and green lantern without his ring were trapped in a laser cage and sent into orbit and their having this big old conversation about how to excape ....hello not breathing much there perhaps ?

You have to understand, what was innocent back then is PC-Unfriendly nowadays. At least in the minds of most Americans who can't understand the concept of Common Sense and Rationale Thought.

Two Muscular Guys hugging each other (ala Rocky Movies) = GAY
dude then that means back in the 70's the hippies were gay then because they had flower power with rainbow colors on them and everything and in rocky movies that's just for sporty it's not like then huge each other everytime. Remember once gays started useing these things it became gay.
