  • This version looks kind of boring. Maybe it could be an invisible host instead of Alex.

  • @ThePatrickinator Maybe Alex TURNED himself invisible.

  • This "Jeopardy!" game has VERY POOR QUALITY!!!! There is no host, no voice acting.... and MULTIPLE CHOICE!?! That is a far cry from what we've come to expect from the "Jeopardy!" format!!!

  • really? baked nevada, really?

  • Alex get the day off?

  • @christopherlacroix Pretty much. XD Johnny too! I'd love to hear them say my name.

  • @Angie2343 I'll do it for them..... "Now entering the studio are today's contestants. A Lawyer from Bridgemouth, Conneticut, Bookie McPractice. A Forensic Pychologist from Aurora, Illinois, James Waddlesworth. AANNNDDD OUR RETURNING CHAMPION. A SOCIAL FILMMAKING COMMENTATOR FROM SANTA ANNA, CALIFORNIA. WHO'S 3-DAYS'... CASH WINNINGS... TOTAL 78-THOUSAND-6-HUNDRED-AND-FIFTY-TWO DOLLARS. And Now. The Host of Jeopardy. ALEX TREBECK!." *fake applause* "Thank you Johnny Gilbert."

  • @christopherlacroix XDDDDDD

  • They should've put Alex in there man this sucks with no voices

  • It's sad how this game is years behind the gameplay of even the NES games. How can you have Jeopardy with multiple choice and think it's a good idea.

  • What a waste of a PS3. Lousy graphics, and no voices.

  • mark as in mark hammil lol

  • I love Jeopardy and love playing it on my PS2, but I'll be honest...I'm very tempted to get this game for my PS3 mainly because I'd like to get a full version of that theme music. :-D hehe

  • Multiple choice? That fucking ruins the game. Even the Sega Genesis version didn't have multiple choice.

  • I hate to say it, but I think we need something like a "voice recognition" device so that we can SAY the answers, and get them registered in the game. Jeopardy NEEDS this, unlike other quiz shows because it is a fast paced game.

  • i had it for ps1 it was much better, and it had alex trebek's voice at least!

  • There are so many jeopardy games, but they seem to be getting worse and worse.

The player's frustrated animations shouldn't be there (they're not there in the actual show) and you should get the option to have older sets if you want. like the 80's and 90's sets if you like them, not just the modern junk.

  • it sounds so empty without any voices! even the snes version, released in 1992 had samples of alex trebek and that was only 8 megebits (1MB) in size!

i was actually thinking of buying this. thanks for this video. you saved me $10.79!! i'm guessing that's why sony doesn't have a preview of this. NO ALEX....NO SALE!

  • Anyone else think Mark looks like Jemaine from Flight of the Conchords?

  • Multiple Choice would make this sooo easy.

  • It's not though.

  • Look at it this way: If you don't have a frikkin' clue what the answer is, you still have a 1 in 4 chance of getting it right anyway. If you have a slight idea at all you're easily 50/50 or better even if you still have to guess. This is insanely easier than having to cook up an answer from scratch. Example: I may not know 14th century poets, but I know Robert Frost wasn't from the 14th century and can cross him off my guess, neh?

  • Think of it like Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.

If you have an idea but a chance to lose a lot would you be willing to risk it?

  • @Ranzear

You're missing the point of the game, you shit eating imbecile.

  • @crazymiles Haha, you listen to Opeth...

  • @Ranzear

Yes, I do listen to Opeth. What does that have to do with anything? Even if I listened to Britney Spears or New Kids on the Block, it would not change the fact that you are too fucking stupid to understand how a long-running, popular game show works.

  • @crazymiles Is the real Jeopard multiple choice?

    Didn't think so.

Enjoy your dumbed-down-for-retards (i.e. console players) version.

  • @Ranzear

Let's review here, retard. YOU were the one who was extolling the virtues of multiple choice, not me. I was the one saying that multiple choice ruins the game, not you.

  • @Ranzear

Well, shit, I think we have misread each other here. I didn't read all the comments, so I was thinking you were saying multiple choice was a GOOD thing. My fault. I apologize.

  • @crazymiles Thanks for the "shit eating imbecile" then.

Yes, multiple choice makes it heinously easy, to the degree that I could even get right answers I wouldn't know in a million years just on elimination and luck, like the '18th century poets' example I gave.

  • Alex Trebek was at least in the N64 version and it made you type your answer out. Wow. This is awful.

  • Good to see all this PS3 "power" put to good use... What a fucking joke!

  • Alex Trebek or Johnny Gilbert weren't even hired to to their voices in this version of Jeopardy!.

  • my game boy pocket version was more fun than this.

  • When words simply cannot describe the amount of dissapointment, there is always...

    *facepalm*

  • Wow this games sucks!!! I had Jeopardy on the N64 and that game had Alex and it had voices. That was 2 console generations ago. Sony fucked this 1 up.

  • Multiple Choice!!!!!!

    FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

    FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

  • Can you try Wheel of Fortune?

  • I guess I was mistaken in my review on the PS3 page for this game. Without Alex Trebek or Johnny Gilbert, as well as typing in your own response or typing in your response until the response you need is there is a downright bummer.

  • no Alex? Lame.

  • @tylernuefeld I agree!

  • Sony definately f***ed this one up I would like to see Game-Tek back in control of making the game show based video games

  • They don't exist anymore.

  • is is same as windows version?

  • @_____@

    How boring.

    what a waste

    of Resident evil

    money!!!!!

  • Haha..agreed.

  • It's lame because there is no audio reading the questions. The Buzz game at least reads to you and comes with buzzers.

  • Multiple choice for Jeopardy sucks to begin with, but the wrong answers are so god-awful stupid. I mean, water soccer?!

  • how else would you answer? if you had to type it in, the timer would end before you could type..who cares about multiple choice, its still a pretty impressive game

  • To be honest...yes, I did expect typing. The older versions did exactly that, with a much longer timer. (And a few mid-90s versions also had an auto-complete feature that let you just type the first few letters.)

After years of Jeopardy games like that, switching to multiple choice is kinda jarring.

  • The PC Version is better, because you have a choice of 10-20 seconds (about) to type, and you can choose how strickt teh sphelling iss.

(And there is a voice for every clue)

  • Yeah i remember that ....What the hell is up with the Multiple Choice fucking gay

  • yea really! im surprised there isn't a phone-a-friend or ask-the-audience option

  • the multiple choice kills this.

  • this would be 100x better if they g

ot Alex Trebeck to do voicover

  • THE PENIS MIGHTIER!!! we gotta get some celebrity jeopardy

  • just like on tv

  • My god this so dam lame. You get choices to choose from. Lame. and way to easy. To me that doest seem to be worth 15. lol failed.

  • yeah doesn't seem worth it for 15 bucks

  • BAKED NEVADA?! Hahahaha oh wow.

  • yeah i would want voices. im not buying it for 14.99

maybe if it did some kind of discount drop one week to 5.99 id get it but it wont xD

  • when you bought jeopardy can you share me

  • ok...this looks good...however....its boring when alec trebeks voice is not reading the categories or the answer.....it makes it seem like just another cheap game.

  • The announcer voiced the answers in the PC games. That would've been okay, as well.
