  • @Shouvak Well i guess it's true too. Cung Le was one of em :) He always avoided ground fighting

  • Just a hard core Martial Art! Knees and elbows can do a lot of damage!

  • The ancient form is called muay boran !

  • This is muy-thai but ancient form the real one. this is muy thai when it was created not the sport

  • Tiger tiger tiger Uppercut...

  • Scary just watching it.

  • Training MUAY THAI

  • Elbow strikes are vicious. Great technique.

  • I DO NOT want to figiht this guy... Those knees look like they hurt...a lot...

  • I love this!!!!!

  • i like this style of muay thai alot of these moves would be illegal in the ring but it would be good in the streets

  • muay = มวย = boxing

    boran = โบราณ = ancient

muay boran = ancient thai boxing that thai boxer use to fight w/o rule in history e.g. "Nai Khanomtom"

  • No, first there was muay boran (different styles) and in the 20 th century they call the competition essence of muay boran muay thai.

  • is muay boran based on mauy tai ?

  • @platanium11 no reversed muay boran is older muay thai is a less dangerous form

  • @platanium11 other way around muay thai is a simpler or effective sport form of muay thai.....think about it like muay boran is taekwondo and muay thai is kickboxing...tht help ?

  • @revelation1234 lol i think your explanation is way out of whack. TKD is a sport form of taekyun. so in essence Muay Boran is the real art. Muay Thai is the sport form. Just like Taekyun is the real art and TKD is the sport form.

  • @KensaiZen no. taekkyeon is a traditional korean martial art which employs only the use of foot techniques. mainly low kicks and flicky turning kicks up high. taekwondo uses every weapon on the body you could think - balls of feet, heels, shins, knees, elbows, knife hands, wrists, fingertips, thumbs and many other variations of hand positions to attack vital spots. for example a knee would go for the solar plexus or nose. fingertips would go into the trachea and thumbs usually go in the eyes

  • @mixed8martial9artist what i mean is, except from the creator of taekwondo having learned taekkyeon and developed a few kicks from it into scientifically more powerful techniques, they are not related.

  • @mixed8martial9artist I think your mistaking the taekkyun of ancient days and the taekkyun game/sport thats trying to be revived. Taekkyun the korean art of war was a complete fighting system. What have been rediscovered so to speak isn't the real taekkyun. The japs wiped that out during their occupation -_-

  • great moves

  • Is this why people consider muay boran the best and most deadly? Very amazing techniques

  • is this muay thai or muay boran??

  • @tekkendevilwithin muay boran

  • @Tadeuszsie
