Inspiring group of people trying to express there passion. I hope they continue on with there dream..... It truly makes you stop and think about all the chaos over there.
This is why I will at times support bootlegging. Heavy Metal has a great message that needs to be spread all throughout the world. Some places don't want that message to be heard. So bootlegging becomes the only option.
I got to see these guys a few weeks ago at Scion fest. It was the most amazing thing EVER! They're such amazing and appreciative people. They really love getting to do what they're doing. Anytime anyone complains about where their garage band practices, what this! It give a whole new perspective to what local bands in America take for granted
I love how they show that it is not the iraq people who are the problem, it is all the fighters who poured into the country after Saddam was taken out. Also I admire what they have and still are risking to truly be "Metal"!!!!!!
this is inspiring, but it sounds like these guys are scared of being seen with the director of the film but yet they are now on youtube? i hope these guys are doing ok.
the intro to Massacre gave me goose bumps man. shits crazy over there. I have no doubt that if they can get out of that fucking country and that situation they will be huge!
I have incredible respect for these guys. Their music is somewhat generic, but they definitely put their hearts into what they do. I honestly wish them the best of luck.
guess if you show this at a big metal festival in germany, there would be a way to get them away from there and buy them instruments, get them jobs and a place to live. If people would only know 'bout it. Facing this kind of truth touches your soul and you attitude towards the middle east. Normal people like us, but they need to got through all this shit. Not fair. Simply not fair.
This is the best Iraq documentary I've seen. Show's whats really going on...aside from the musical aspect.

What is badass is they dont try to sound to much like the American music they hear, they put their own little cultural music twist into it.

I really respect these guys. I see this band as a great influence to iraqi teenagers, maybe they'll turn to metal instead of violence.
