the stage 2 kit adds or is suppose to add 110hp vr6 stock whp is 150 so thats 260 right there than i got cams and exhaust with tt downpipes and i heard the down pipes make a huge difference im hoping for 270-280
im gonna have to say something might be wrong with your set up because from all the forums ive looked at and dyno charts ive seen ur numbers are off even the dyno's on vf site show more power on stock vws if im not mistaken
What kind of supercharger? Highly unlikely you need a 4" MAF, and you're probably running rich because you have bad belt slip. Measure the size you need and get one.
I made 240hp with 195tq
my car is running lean so the hp will go up as soon as i change my maf and plugs but for the TQ i have no idea why its so low

2.5 pulley should net you around 10psi on a V9.
Almost 100% certain that's the bridging maximum impeller speed on a stock V9.

VFs site is 290 BHP, not WHP.
Their stage2 dynoed is 250whp, 219lb-ft @ an unknown boost level.
8psi on a VR6 is somewhat close to the maximum rotational speed of a stock V9 blower.
I make 238, with belt slip, at 8psi.
No belt slip at 8psi is estimated around 245.
I would be amazed if you actually hit 250whp with 8psi on v9 :)

With a V9 you'll be lucky to make as much power/torque as I am.
You'll need to be running at least 12lbs, but I think your cam will help you a whole bunch.

Stages mean nothing in regard to power.
I can run 14psi for the cost of a pulley and a belt and still be Stage 1.
Power varies depending on your setup.
My particular setup makes a lot of power for what it is.
