Too bad you don't get paid $5 for every "uh", or "um" that you say during your delivery!! LOL! Seriously though, skilled public speaking is an art that takes years to master, and in the case of a brief instructional video as this one, all the amateur hesitations, "and ums" and other awkward sounds distracted me from being able to continue listening. I was corrected of those bad habits by strict school teachers back in the 1950's and 1960's. Plus years of acting and public speaking have helped.
@TobyMissy23 First off, thank you for the comment. I'm sorry, but this video was taken quite a while back. I did not rehearse, nor did I have a script. I've never been an outstanding ad lib speaker. What does it matter how many times you say "um", while in reality, it gets edited. I've never had a problem while working, even public speaking at seminars and public events. That is because I don't usually ad lib. It doesn't matter, I make my money, and I enjoy what I do. Never had any complaints :)
@djxt84 Mostly I've done my own marketing. I've worked with both voice123 and voices, but have made much more money on my own. I started by working with local broadcasting companies, THEN expanding worldwide.
