  • 3:05 to 3:25 LOLOLOL

  • "6 men with guns"

  • hollywood always leaves out what really happens when a bullet hits you. Here's a hint: if it hits a bone, it won't stop. It will ricochet and turn your insides into jelly.

  • I can see this scene playing out if someone was shooting up the Cullens house on Twilight.

  • does anyone know the music that is playing when Duce is walking over?

  • This scene is pure genius, one the the best movie scenes ever made. Willem Dafoe deserves an oscar just for this scene.

  • anyone know the songs that play at :41 and 4:10?

  • Lionheart is right tho, it is supposed to be a miracle that they dont all kill eachother in this scene.

  • I am an experienced deer hunter, proficient in both rifles and shotguns. A few weeks ago I fired a pistol for the first time.

That shit is hard. My dad and I had a suprisingly hard time hitting a 2ft square target at about the same distance these guys were blazing away at eachother - I can totally see this happening in real life. Pistols are HARD to aim.

  • I crack up everytime i hear Dafoe say there was a firefight, Dafoe is character really made the movie

  • "What if it was just one guy with six guns ? " he was FINALLY right about something lol

  • Excellent scene. William Dafoe made the scene.

  • whats the background music to this scene?

  • i love this fucking scene

  • Srsly, Willem Dafoe should be a role model for every budding FBI agent.

  • does anybody know the name of the song in the background? (and total shouts to boondock saints 2!!!)

  • it rly gave me the chills when he shouts that out, love this movie! :D

  • this took billy connolly up about fifty notches in my book

  • what is this musical track and who does it?????? I can not for the life of me find it ANYWHERE!!!!!!

  • Great scene in a great movie. ^_^

  • i just saw this movie this morning... this scene is beautiful

  • Amazing scene.

Probably the most underrated movie of all time.

  • The best scene of one of the best world's movies.

  • It's a shame that you didnt see the amazing edits of the previous scene on this video because it shows the great cinematography of the film. This scene just shows how awesome a job willem dafoe did as the FBI inspector-- the case is really getting to him, you can see it in his face.

One of the best pieces of cinema in modern times right here folks

  • This is one of the most epic gun fight scenes ever. Does anybody know the name of the song.

  • 3:17 hilarious!

  • i cant seem to fathom that such a low budget movie could be so great!!!

My favorite movie of all time

  • He's so dramatic lool

  • God Above, incredibly attractive vengeance-seeking Irish brothers.... love the Boondock Saints. And love Smecker, he's hilarious. This was so well-made, 'specially for when it was made.

  • So which would anyone prefer least among the cauterizing?

The tricep? The finger? The thigh?

  • lol, willem dafoe goes CRAZY

  • badass, movie, everything

  • willem dafoe had the best performance of his life in this film, blew my mind

  • Man that scene is hella-sweet! I just love watching this while having the 11th Hour by Lamb of God play in the background. A badass scene rightfully deserves a truly badass song!

  • ROFL so funny. the only thing Greenly was actually right on was that there was only one guy with six guns.

  • The best scene in the movie, apart from "Skippy" getting killed lol. That was just great.

  • This is the most Bad Ass gun fight ever made in a movie!

No over the top Matrix shooting, no massive Rambo machine guns, just fucking bullets flying.

    Classic!

  • anyone know the name of the chant/ song in the background?

  • dafoe really knows how to play a part, huh? btw, this was one of the best parts of the movie!

  • this is one of the best movies ever no doubt about it. but there is a lot of small flaws in it lol if u look at 12 seconds there are no hub caps on the car while at 29 there are?? i dunno thought it was kind of funny

  • 0:43. Is this some kind of reference to Platoon; the sad death of sergeant Elias, also played by Willem Dafoe?

  • "What if it's just one guy with six guns?"

    The one time Greenly's right.

  • I love how, the one time greenly's right, he gets his comment compltley disregarded by smecker ROFL XD

  • I love this movie to death. This scene especially. I love the music...anyone know who it's by/ what it's called?

  • Jesus, I've only seen clips here but I love this thing. It's sort of cartoony and some people seem to respond to the vigilantism (like those stupid Charles Bronson movies), but very nicely done. I love the hell out of Willem Dafoe.

  • ...what if it was one guy with six guns?

    I love that line.

  • one of the best movie scenes ever

  • not a thought, you're right lion. im also interested in seeing what they do with rock in all saints day, as he is supposed to return. maybe he becomes a saint as well?

  • Thank you Larry and Patti for turning me on to this remarkable film. I will go and see it. Dafoe has always torn my guts out - there is something of the Holy Spirit in him. Oh, and this flick is funny too. Thanks.

  • Gotta love Willem Dafoe's acting.

  • I bought this movie at Best Buy for 5 bucks and I must say been the best movie purchase I have made in a long time, for 5 bucks even! A very good movie.

  • the greatest scene in this movie! i love this scene!

  • this movie rocks

  • Damn Right!

  • I love the cauterizing of the wounds scene the best. If you all get a chance type in "Irish Angel" and see what they do with this scene and let me know what you think I love it.

TNAfan123:"...why were they ironing eachother though???"

That's funny you really didn't know?

  • They iron eachother to essentially "close" the wounds so they don't get infected. They can not go to the hospital because the police will be looking for people with gun shot wounds.

  • They were ironing each other so that their wounds wouldn't get infected.

  • woohoo love this movie

  • Saw this movie.....and I couldn't believe how well done and perfect it was!

  • one of the greatest, no, THE greatest movie ever made

  • One of the greatest; yeah. THE greatest movie ever made; no.

  • Because, think about it if you go to the hospital with bullet wonds there gona ask questions.

  • Which is why you go to a hospital out of state. And state somebody tried to rob you. :D

  • they were doing that to seal up the bullet wuonds cause they coulndnt go to a hospital the police would catch them!

  • and they have no money or insurance.

  • it was smart of them to spray the blood

  • ...why were they ironing eachother though???

  • To cauterize the wounds, aka burning them closed.

  • I like this one, I think his narration really helps with the mood of the scene.

  • haha the dumb guy got it right

  • Nice fucking video quality and audio.

  • One of the most memorable moments in cenimatic history.

  • Dafoe gave a stunning performance in BS, I love it.

  • This movie rules!

  • dudes can't aim

  • the way i see it, is its not that they cant aim, but since it was the father and the two sons, im thinking it was "Divine Intervention". like Pulp Fiction. because, you know, everything in this movie is god-driven. and the partner dude got his finger shot off, because he wasnt related..just a thought.

  • thats a good way to put it either that or

either side was afraid of getting shot so they just kept moving and depended more on their survival than killing the other guy since they were pinned down at the door

  • they both got shot too though.

  • I agree. Come on, if you watch the movie and understand the point of the whole damn thing, it should be "theoretically" obvious that the reason they have such "poor aim" in this ONE scene is because both the sons and the dad have the backing of God on their side. They all eventually get hit, but it is nothing even close to fatal, and it took a boatload of bullets to simply get one hit per person. Listen to the bible quote narration which hints they have God watching over them for protection.

  • Well, all three of them got hit so I don't think Rocco was singled out for that reason, but it's a thought.

  • Well the brothers do get hit. Just watch the video. But the thing is, even if your and AMAZING SHOT everything changes when your under fire and it can be unbelievably difficult to keep a steady hand, even for experienced and trained professionals. The adrenaline, pulse, and on edge nerves can make it almost impossible. I still agree with you though. ; ]

  • that and pistols aint the most accurate...and he's moving, and the dust, and incoming fire lol although you'rs is probably better...pulp fiction was also a great movie

  • It could be taken that way, I admit, but this is actually close to realistic; which is sad.

Pistols, realistically, have a range of about 50 feet in which you can expect to be accurate, and that's using them properly. These guys are using them wrong, doubly so trying to be aim with two at once, have no training (father might) and are in the middle of getting shot at. All those things are going to send your accuracy straight to hell.

  • yes! you are correct! and the music in this scene enhances the notion that it was divine intervention.

  • damn... i'd do it... gunning down mobsters shouldn't be against the law... they live of the misery of others, driving weak people into crime and MURDER... it's self-defence in a sense.........

  • are you telling it me it was one man with 6 guns and he was a senier citizen?! ...you got to be shitten me...i love that part but this is my favorite

  • this is the best

  • There was a FIRE FIGHT!!
