please i want to use four SRF04 , four vibration motors, and PIC16F877 , i have also a circuit diagram of blind person navigation system by using these above components but i m beginner ,i don't know how to make HEX file by using MPLAB n to burn PIC micro controller .please help me out

You're right, there are some pitfalls (sorry for the pun) with the implementation as it stands. The curb could be accomodated with some low sensors. Detecting negative space (like a drop off or hole) would require special code but may be possible, such as if there was a massive increase in range with a low angle sensor. All these systems integrated are a complete solutions. Thanks for your comments.
Hi, I've seen your design on instructables. I find your work very fascinating. However, I was wondering, how would the person know where he or she is stepping without falling over a curb or a hole on the ground? I'm just curious. Even so, this is a great idea that will help the visually impaired. thumbs up!!!
