I was a friend of Don's however had lost touch with him when I divorced, in trying to find him again just this past Friday I find out that he is no longer with us! My heart will forever be broken for this man was unlike any other! I did not know Rhonda however I can tell you he loved her with all he had for that is the type of person he was! So tender hearted, giving, loving compassionate soul! HE WILL BE FOREVER MISSED!
The first time I met Don was when he and other Patriot Guard Riders were at my Dad's funeral. He and the others are what inspired me in becoming involved with the PGR. I will never forget the honor and respect they showed. Don, you will always remain in my heart and attend every mission I attend. Forever rest in peace my brother.Danangvet, you did an awesome job in preserving Don's memory in this video. I appreciate all that you do my friend.
Rhonda was my ex-sister in law. I was married to her brother. I am glad she found happiness with Don, that is something she never had before. I am so sorry it came to this, even though I did not know Don I am greatful that my daughters aunt had a smile on her face and knew what it was like to be happy, smile and enjoy life because of him. Also, thank you for your service to our Country.
