Disneyland - Mickey's Soundsational Parade Commercial Film Shoot

At the very beginning of the video, what is that music from? It doesn't sound live.

@bradg84 - During the film shoot, they had turned the Mickey float music on so the film crew could get "reactions from the crowd" . So when they turned the music on, I was standing about 20 feet away and I was able to get a sample sound recording.

You know, they'd be royally screwed if that camera jack didn't move as fast as it did. Like if it didn't get oiled or something. XD

And being on of the disney children who's been waiting for a decent parade again after the 50th anniversary and the poorly made C!ASP this is a breath of fresh air and hopefully it'll get the kids of today to look at the old disney with characters than hanna montana and the jhonas brothers. Maybe then we can get her away from the poster of Michael and Elvis...

I just love how they added Princess and the Frog in this parade! So glad it's getting treated as a Classic Disney movie. And I love how they added Charlotte in the float too (Pause at 7:30. I thought it was Mama Oodie, but then I saw white skin and a pink/red dress) :D But, my big complain is no Naveen and no Ray :(

@dottiedots221 I'm definitely excited as well! the girl at the top of the tiana's float is actually just another dancer they put up there. also, it's probably just b/c it's hard to see in the video, but Ray is actually at the front of the float "pulling" tiana's boat. pausing at 7:30 you can see him up in the front :)

This is going to be an amazing parade and the audio being used from Hong Kong's 5th is a + because that is indeed a great soundtrack. Can't wait to see it at the D23 Expo.

@ooolarge I know wikipedia isn't reliable sometimes but it says that soundsational is 35 mins long, has 2 show stops and the show stop's song is called "i do believe" sung by Will Downing and Zooey Deschanel. It's rumored to have 9 floats, one of which is the princess one which includes Tangled! We'll see on May 27th though!

The official float count is indeed nine floats. There will be full-sized floats for Little Mermaid, Princess and The Frog, Mary Poppins, and then the Princess float (with Belle, Aurora, Cinderella, Rapunzel, and Snow White) and main float with Mickey and friends, and then four smaller floats for The Lion King, Peter Pan, The Three Caballeros, and Aladdin. The songs haven't been confirmed yet, but I would guess we'll see a show stop.

@TheDISNEY365 - This was just a commercial filming, where they only brought out two units. The entire parade debuts in full stride on May 27th!
