I've played this game 2-3 years now. And i've tried pretty many Mmorpg games. And i must say this is the B E S T! This the only Mmorpg that can keep me playing, other mmorpg's get boring after some (In my opinion) but this game is just awesome!
Support service is also very great at SOE, and they keep coming with new stuff EVERY MONTH! Thumps up from here!
@kellargrg12 WoW was based on the popular warcraft series, had better marketing, more user friendly and less requirements when it came out... though marketing as well, it came out around christmas time.
EQ2 came out months earlier but around early-mid year when no one has cash. Not to mention they failed hardcore at the marketing side of things. I saw it in the bargain bin before I even knew it was out... after I bought WoW.
Everyone head over to project 1999! It is a free to play Everquest server. It recreates the classic experience up to velious! Kunark was released only 3 months ago!
Shut up comparing the cartoonish graphics of WoW to this game - stop the fucking bickering - theyre both fun games. They aren't your favorite football team and such bickering even over sports teams is stupid. AND TO THE VIDEO MAKERS - STOP ADDING STUPID FUCKING MUSIC TO THESE VIDEOS! PUT EQ MUSIC IN THEM OR NONE AT ALL - COME ON....
@SuperAlistair10 Well EQ came first and WoW in the beginning was designed like EQ, but WoW's really broke apart from that. It's just an opinion, no need to get so mad :P
@80sMusicPoster WoW streamlined the EQ series for fast, mindless gameplay. Something you can do in a few hours which you used to take an entire day for in EQ. Majority of "gamers" nowdays are no more than children with a poor attention span. They want everything spoonfed to them and have 0 imagination.
i dunno what it is about eq2, but every class i play is really fun. i wish the interface would be better and have more emotes, like sitting in chairs. but other than that. imo this is the best mmorpg

@j4fmemo - The play base would be medium, and no I don't have the same thoughts on it, like it is a good game, but there are much better in my opinion.
@AtomicBlade01 The only thing I think I'm going to hate about everquest two is that there are so many expansion packs. I've never played it so we'll see.
