There are huge problems with evolution in relation to origin theory, which contradicts and admittedly perplexes atheist & faith-hater Richard Dawkins. Origin theories are all very vague & unable to be explained scientifically, which requires huge assumption jumps and a lot of faith. The odds approach infinity that the chips would randomly fall just so. No matter what you believe, it requires faith, nothing is proven.

Well there are a couple gaps that are still very much unknown, I guess the most interesting things have to do with the evolution of humans. One being the question of why do humans have the ability to be self aware? What would have caused us to change and retain this ability? These are mysteries surrounding evolution and clearly there are answers, its just we don't know yet. There is a lot of speculation and theories out there thou on the internet. Hope that makes sense

Our lower vertebrae and sacroiliac joints are not serving us very well. These joints and discs have a hard time with weight bearing and especially sitting on our ass. We are the only primate that have premature aging of these areas from unique vertical stress put on them. It will probably take us another million yrs or so to adapt to this bipedal stance.

If our method of reproduction did not allow for beneficial mutations to accumulate evolution would be falsified. If we found that there was no correlation between the nested inter relatedness of all species in their biochemistry, morphology and the fossil record evolution would be falsified. There are many more ways but I'll let you do your own research. It would be extremely easy to falsify evolution if it were truly false.

Sequencing a monkey genome and finding out it has more in common with a fish then any other monkeys. Evolution, and science in general, is not a matter of belief, but rather a matter of evidence.
Regardless, even if the concepts of shared and universal ancestors was found to be wrong, it wouldn't matter too much for evolution, as the process of evolution is an observable phenomena.
Of course thinking of ways to falsify evolution is a lot harder then proving it false. Spontaneous generation has never been observed. Nor has lamarkian evolution. Mutation, genetic drift and selection are observable phenomena; meaning we see them happen, so the chances they are false is negligible.

Easy, show one of its underlying principals is false. For example, you could:
1) Demonstrate "spontaneous generation" - the instantaneous formation of a new species independent of mutation and selection.
2) Demonstrate lamarkism; the accumulation of phenotypic change in one generation which is passed onto the next.
3) Disprove the existence of the evolutionary "forces" of selection, mutation, drift, etc.
