EVERYBODY! Read this if you wanna know how to do this.

You need Toad's Tool 64 and "Edit Textures". You should see the eyes. You need to change the eyes so it look like Mr. L's eyes/mask using MS Paint. Same goes for the "M" on Mario's cap. And as for the clothes, you need to create your own color code for Mr. L. There you go, MR. L FOREVER!!!!!!
