  • I'm a 14 year old girl, 115 ibs, 5,6 feet tall, about 18% BF..

    I have changed my diet so that I eat a lot of spinach mostly because of the low amount of calories. I usually eat half an apple and a hardboiled egg for breakfast, the other half of the apple as a snack, lunch is often a lot of veggies, almost no carbs and fat and a "normal" sized portion of protein. I eat an other apple for snack and for dinner I usually cook a spinach omelet.

    I do 30 minutes of cardio (stair machine/ bike/ jogging

  • your rite mate (about the abs) cardio is most probily the best way to trimming your body fat toneing your arms legs chest everything up along with your abs and getting you a 6pac.....but lowering your carbs??...what u mean by that mate i mean eat carbs but do u mean dont eat as much just eat like 3 meals a day includeing fats aswel (good fats examp"peanuts") and eat vegitables and fruites to lower the calories or do u mean eat carbs but just small amounts in every meal?? coz its energy init

  • @Dane3737 Been 6 months now the way i work on my oblique abs is standing with a 40 bls dumbell in my hand lean on 1 side bout 45% n back to straight again, after 20 reps switch side,,i dont know if that is the most effective way to work the oblique, i know there alot of way of doing it n its confuse me, but can u tell me the most effective way to work the oblique, or perhap the way u do it n ill do the same, as always thanks very much

  • @steoyea Workout upper chest a lot, and do little or no lower chest. If you do more lower chest it gives a man boobs kind of look rather then a thick chest.

  • @dlqovoplb I am cutting down right now. I am keeping my carbs low until my show is done. There will be a couple days that I will go higher on carbs just to let my body recover a bit.

  • @95melefante If you cut out carbs completely you can, but if you keep your protein consumption high then you will not have a problem. I usually have protein 7x a day and carbs 3x a day while cutting down and I lose no muscle.

  • Great symmetry and shape to your entire physique, but your biceps are particularly outstanding. How much of an increase do they get pumped? I know you said that you don't usually go by pumped measurements, but I think comparing the measurement of your arms before and after a workout would be a popular video.

  • @Atlantarama Thanks! I have never really measured right after a workout.. right now they are 17.5 inches, and I know I have measured about 30-45 min after and they were about 17.75 inches.

  • @HomeGymFitness Well it varies a little bit, but most days I have about 50 grams of carbs 3X (breakfast, preworkout and postworkout) (600 Cal) then about 25-40 g of protein 7X a day (700 - 1100 Cal) and about 20g of fat 2X a day (360 Cal). That's not counting if I put some fat free cheese or milk with something, so I would say between 2250 - 2750 cal a day.
