In all my early years attending The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I had never heard a single negative word spoken about any other religion. Would Jesus want you to spend time putting down other religions? Or for you to spend your time teaching.
Shawn is not putting any one down. He is merely exposing the truth, which the LDS cult has done for so many years. In this specific example, he proves (from an LDS source) that LDS doctrine and ideas have changed over time. If you see his other videos, he brings up things the LDS cult doesnt want you to know, and it makes HIM look like the bad guy. True, anti-mormons exist, but he, like I, want the mormons to know the real truth, and some tactics must be used to do that.
ArmyBuckeye The fact that you think you are smarter than people who are mormon and that you know more about the religion than they do is ludicrous. I am an atheist and visited an LDS church recently. While I was there visiting I can tell you that everytime that i asked a hard to answer question, i didnt just get a bunch of people saying its true because its true They answered the true question. Why don't you go visit one of the LDS churches and see for yourself.
I've never met an 'anti-mormon' in my entire life. I have met plenty of anti-BS people though. Some concentrate on mormonism and appear 'anti-mormon' because it is what they know.
With all due respect bugablue, it is spending time teaching. Teaching mormons they are following a false gospel that doesn't save, to then include the one that will save. Exposing/rejecting false apostles, prophets, and teachers are all through Paul's epistles.

thats kinda hard to say seeing as there are many different religions. if you dont believe in god doesn't mean you wont be redeemed. thats the one thing i dont like about religion.

Thus, thinking that not believing in GOD does not mean that you wont Be (redeemed- which means forgiven btw) would be a real issue/wrong as wrong can be hun. Say someone says *I dont believe in GOD at all*, that person, as per what GOD himself says, IS against Him, whether believing He exists or not. Its somthing to think hard about :)
