The introduction to these was just simply great (on my first play through), i was just running around in Florence and i ran on to one of them and my first words before the glyph itself were: "What the..." after the first one i was completely dragged to the story of 16... after the last one i felt so bad for him and wanted to know more. I'd say these glyphs are probably are the best hidden missions in any game i have ever played.

There's something weird about how he says " She sees me raise the knife". I think it means that he is about to kill himself and she watches him...same way she had to watch Desmond kill HER. The question is IF she is actually dead. In brotherhood at the end during credits you hear male voices trying to revive Desmond, but you hear NOTHING about anyone else... its strange.
If you hear closely, the voice actor that does Demond (Nolan North) is doing the same voice for subject 16 so my theory is that Subject 16 is Desmond from the future trying to give Desmon some hints about what awaits him.

Where are all these from? I know some are from the glyphs but a lot of this I havent heard. I played AC2 and brotherhood some of these I dont recall, I did all the glyphs in both.
@JohnnyDarko01 These all came from AC2. I found all 20 glyphs, set up my camera and recorded all the ones that had Subject 16 speaking. His voice is not in every glyph though. I think it was only 14 of the 20 or something like that.
How Subject 16 messes with the Animus kinda reminds me of how Morpheus' hackers in The Matrix mess around with the paramiters of the Matrix system to give the hackers guns, various super abilities and such.
Actually the whole science-fiction element of the game is very Matrix-ey.

i dont know why, but ever since i played brotherhood, i've had the strange feeling that subject 16 is related to Cesare, cesare has been ezio's evil counterpart since AC2 and it never changed, also his death wasnt clear in brotherhood. and cesare became slightly more insane with each step, so does 16. but what i dont get is his relation to lucy, he mentioned her, and the stabbing. its so wierd...
Every time I listen to this, I feel like crying and hugging 16. He sounds relatively stable at the beginning, still holding on to the shreds of who he was. But as time goes on....he begins to lose control. His perception of time becomes warped, and I think that was where some of the pressure on Desmond came from. SMALL SPOILER When he begins to see things outside of the Animus, I think that's what he begins to fear more than Abstergo catching up--he fears becoming Subject 17.

The oldest skeleton of a human (or at least back in my 4th grade textbook) was named Lucy (after Beatles song "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds", which looks a lot like the skeleton when Subject 16 talks to "Lucy". By "other Lucy" he could also mean Eve, like Juno told Desmond to find. Just referring back to "first humanoid" kind of thing. I mean, Subject 16 mentioned Jack which seems to refer to JFK.

1. AC3 will take place in revolutionary France (18th Century). Shaun said "Phrygian Cap" and the "Masonic Eye" which are an important aspect in the French Revolution. The Phrygian Cap was first seen worn in France. I bet you're wondering what Shaun was going to say before he got cut off? Well, they both come together in the Declaration of the Rights of Man and the Citizen, a defining radical document of the French Revolution.
2. Why did Desmond killed Lucy? Obviously he was being controlled by the Apple to kill her. Minerva said Desmond comes from the "ones that came before" aka Adam and Eve. So Desmond is a descendant of Adam and he has to find the descendant of Eve in order to harness the power of the Apple. The Apple made him kill Lucy, because she was getting in the way. It new Lucy and Des were getting a little flirty, so she had to be removed from the picture.
3. Subject 16 and the Van. When you complete the Truth in ACB you get a trophy (achievement) and in morse code it translates "I AM ALIVE." I don't know much about the Van, but it there might be an Animus in there. So after Des passes out they take him and put him in the back of the van to find another Ancestor. Which would explain the voices and the end credits.
So i'm a little mindFUCKED right now. I read every single one of the comments on here and I freaked out when I realized this. Subject 15 was a girl and was pregnant while in the Animus. What if 16 is the baby inside her? I'm just throwing shit out there. I'm confused as fuck though. I think that baby might have something to do with AC4. Fuck. First is Michael (He was refered in French Graphic Novel and probably still alive)
Second is Daniel Cross (the great grandchild of Nikolai Orelov in Assassin's Creed : The fall comic)
I think in ACR we'll find all the information about subject 16 in the deep mind of Desmond which lead to the Storyline of AC3

@jamANDhamPRODUCTIONS no one knows,he is a subject of asbergo like you and since he can tap into altair and ezio's memories like desmond , im pretty sure they are related.he seems to have discovered lots of deep and nasty historical secrets while in the same animus as you before ac1.he ultimately killed himself and painted the room with his blood leaving coded symbols(visible with eagle vision at the end of ac1) and also some programs with hints(the glyphs)in the animus network for desmond.

Where are all these from? I know some are from the glyphs but a lot of this I havent heard. I played AC2 and brotherhood some of these I dont recall, I did all the glyphs in both.

@JohnnyDarko01 These all came from AC2. I found all 20 glyphs, set up my camera and recorded all the ones that had Subject 16 speaking. His voice is not in every glyph though. I think it was only 14 of the 20 or something like that.

How Subject 16 messes with the Animus kinda reminds me of how Morpheus' hackers in The Matrix mess around with the paramiters of the Matrix system to give the hackers guns, various super abilities and such.
Actually the whole science-fiction element of the game is very Matrix-ey.
Poor Ol' Subject 16. Hope we get more info on him soon. Also, he states in one of the glyphs that Hitler, Roosevelt, Stalin and Churchill all staged WW2. The details of this game makes your head spin.

i dont know why, but ever since i played brotherhood, i've had the strange feeling that subject 16 is related to Cesare, cesare has been ezio's evil counterpart since AC2 and it never changed, also his death wasnt clear in brotherhood. and cesare became slightly more insane with each step, so does 16. but what i dont get is his relation to lucy, he mentioned her, and the stabbing. its so wierd...

Every time I listen to this, I feel like crying and hugging 16. He sounds relatively stable at the beginning, still holding on to the shreds of who he was. But as time goes on....he begins to lose control. His perception of time becomes warped, and I think that was where some of the pressure on Desmond came from. SMALL SPOILER When he begins to see things outside of the Animus, I think that's what he begins to fear more than Abstergo catching up--he fears becoming Subject 17.

The oldest skeleton of a human (or at least back in my 4th grade textbook) was named Lucy (after Beatles song "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds", which looks a lot like the skeleton when Subject 16 talks to "Lucy". By "other Lucy" he could also mean Eve, like Juno told Desmond to find. Just referring back to "first humanoid" kind of thing. I mean, Subject 16 mentioned Jack which seems to refer to JFK.

1. AC3 will take place in revolutionary France (18th Century). Shaun said "Phrygian Cap" and the "Masonic Eye" which are an important aspect in the French Revolution. The Phrygian Cap was first seen worn in France. I bet you're wondering what Shaun was going to say before he got cut off? 2. Why did Desmond killed Lucy? Obviously he was being controlled by the Apple to kill her. Minerva said Desmond comes from the "ones that came before" aka Adam and Eve. So Desmond is a descendant of Adam and he has to find the descendant of Eve in order to harness the power of the Apple. The Apple made him kill Lucy, because she was getting in the way. It new Lucy and Des were getting a little flirty, so she had to be removed from the picture.

3. Subject 16 and the Van. When you complete the Truth in ACB you get a trophy (achievement) and in morse code it translates "I AM ALIVE." I don't know much about the Van, but it there might be an Animus in there. So after Des passes out they take him and put him in the back of the van to find another Ancestor. Which would explain the voices and the end credits.

What if 16 is the baby inside her? I'm just throwing shit out there. I'm confused as fuck though. I think that baby might have something to do with AC4. Fuck.
