Okay...I know this is very cliche but its the truth. Stats ARE deceiving. The only reason LeBron has higher rebound/assist averages is because of the position he plays and the offense he works with. Kobe defends primarily on the perimeter which means if a ball goes up, he's most likely not gonna get the rebound. LeBron is always in the paint so he has a higher chance of grabbing the boards. For assists, Kobe makes the pass and the person who receives it kicks it out again to another player.

until lebron scores 81 points in a game, he's nowhere near kobe's level. kobe had 40 or more points 9 straight games. kobe holds the record for most three pointers in a single game. kobe has five 60 point games in his career, where lebron career high is 58. kobe has 25 career 50 point games. there's no arguement. kobe is the greatest all time!

scoring 81 points will not make lebron be at kobes level. lebron will get there, but not by scoring 81. kobe is not the greatest of all time, jordan is. that's my opinion, of course. jordan and kobe are similiar physically and athletically. this is where lebron is different. this is where lebron owns both of them. in that regard, he is on a different scale so to speak, he is the first of his kind. all hail king lebron the phenom!!!!
