  • @ivancito7790 the purpose of our videos is to show good form first. We are giving all of our viewers and Idea of what a well rounded strength training program looks like, which everyone can follow and feel comfortable doing. Weight can be added or subtracted based on each individuals fitness level.

  • @physique180 it is all about form...take lunges and plans for instance...u dont even need weights to destroy ur muscles doing those...form is the absolute key good video
