@OUTTAIDEAS88 easiest way to get bigger arms faster is to work out triceps and biceps in workouts specifically for these muscles. Most experts say that just doing pullups or squats would get you better results, but you can get hurt from squats. Occasionally doing pullups does help though. do tricep exercises like this one and the back of your arms will get bigger, and also do 3sets of 5 bicep curls with a benching bar. Each day increase the weight by 5-10 lbs (remember to rest) and that's it :)
@OUTTAIDEAS88 also if you'd like to work out your forearms as well, doing things like curls do increase forearm strength slightly. You probably won't get results as quickly as your other arm muscles, but you can also look up some good grip/forearm specific workouts with weights and without weights. And just because your forearms don't get that big doesn't mean they aren't strong, some people don't get big forearms because they genetically have smaller arms.
To increase size you should be doing at least 7 reps. This is the glycolitic pathway where the muscles use glucose for ATP regeneration. This is what makes bodybuilders look inflated.
So variations between 8 and 12 reps are a good choice, with say 1 min break inbetween.
In regards to sets, this really depends. Start with 3 each twice a week and increase after a few weeks.

Men: put your hands like this so it looks like a triangle.
Women: put your hands like this so it looks like a diamond.
