  • whats with ur left hand everytime u do that skill lol

  • good thanks

  • idiot defender, never follow him so close -.-

  • Thats good but a better way is you put your back to him and back heel the ball threw his legs, no defender is gonna stand right behind you with his legs togather hes gonna have them apart to go left or right, then boom ball goes threw he will be like 0_0 and you cut around easily, you can even score like this if your good enough

  • Step 4 is the hardest part

  • i used to do this and i broke my leg lol :)

Jk ya thanks Str! now i can do around the world! and some amazin tricks :)

  • I normally take this through the defenders legs lol

  • or you could just backheel and meg the defender

  • such catchy songs

  • old old old :( for retards that skill

  • noo, that´s a bad defender... i never follow the player i just follow the ball... my eyes are in the ball... im a defender as well

  • I have played against a team that every single player would do this move, it's effective maybe the first time (depending on if the person could sell it or not) but once you've seen this move a lot, you can spot it coming a mile away and come away with the ball 9 times out of 10. Very predictable move.

  • This shit dont work! i got my ass beat everytime!

  • @thebobninja This is best used in a fast paced/intense situation

  • we can all argue about ways to play, train, etc. it all matters on the player. a lot of younger players make a mistake when choosing thier position, simply because it doesn't matter until you play on the higher levels. other than that, experiment, find your style and just because you don't like playing as a defender, doesn't mean you give up on it. taking your overall experiences is whats going to make you pro.

  • these trick works against really bad players

  • Hehe I have been doing this for a while. Made me into such a potent attacker that tends to be a showboater. Been looking through your videos and I have to give credit where it is due. I think thanks to some of these vids I am ready to go overseas to play football in Italy. Thanks STRSkillSchhol <3

  • wtf leg warmers

  • im a defender i always look at the ball not the player

  • thats dumb hes leaving the ball open im not saying pepole wont fall for it but they should always look at the ball

  • i cant get it i tried this at practice and it didnt work

  • im a defender and everyone falls for jukes even me so dont say that you wont fall for it. you might be smart now but in the game youll fall for it trust me.

  • i already knew that :D

  • please get rid of the intro that has the kids in the background yelling

    but i love these videos

  • I remember Aquilani doing this trick for Liverpool many times

  • it depends on the situation , sometimes it works , sometimes not , it also depends on the defender's reactions and speed , its a good trick though very easy and useful when the ball is moving slowly ;)

  • I do this all the time sometimes even twice in a row

  • I've did this so many times it doesn't work anymore

  • i break players who do all this

  • Can it be a variation to do instead of this do a pinball pass?

  • well everyone knows that trick

    but it works

  • 0:00

  • This is REALLY effective :)

  • easy and effective!!

  • I do that trick, it works well usually. I however, push the ball backwards on my turn sometimes. If you do it quick enough the defender doesn't stand a chance. ;)

  • are you taking the piss! as a defender i am thought top watch the ball not the person if someone did that to me id laugh!

  • i knew this before the video... cool lol i thought i was the only 1 ho knew

  • very easy 2 do that

  • If you can't do this, you better can go play basketball or something..

  • thats such an easy trickk..wtff #jokes

  • LOOK AT MY CHANNEL FOR GOOD FREEKICKS AND SKILLSHOTS ! :)

  • this may be one of the most simple tricks but it works i have done it plenty of times. for example a cut or chop is very simple but very effective.

  • i am a defender myself and i love this trick. i use it when chasing a ball down and it works most of the time. well done!

  • the best way to get past a defender on your back is to do the STR pinball pass. trust me it works and leaves people open mouthed!

  • Real cool!

  • I allways do this ;) its an awesome move ;)

  • This is a trick to cheat my 9 year old cousin

  • It's not the move itself that beats the defender. It's how you change direction and accelerate after the move. If you do this well enough, you can leave a defender in the dust. Also, not being predictable is very important. If you always use one move, you will be easy to defend. Figure out several ways to beat players focusing on the good change of direction and quick acceleration afterwards.

  • it totally works and its easy too guys ;]

  • Comment removed

  • dis wont work against experienced defenders, they wil be ready for it..........works against strikers though..........

  • Pra quem é um Beq é fundamental aprender isso.

  • I don't think theres a one-size-fits-all trick. This trick may fool an epl player but not your sunday football mates. But nevertheless, its good to have more tricks up your sleeves no?

  • @LesterTayTarik Look for other tutorials on my channel. There are loads

  • @STRskillSchool Is this the skill Fernando Torres often uses?

  • @LesterTayTarik um, wouldnt an EPL player keep his eyes on the ball, its more likely to fool a sunday league player than a premier league defender! :)

  • @LesterTayTarik

Actually many players uses this trick in games its really effective

  • @LesterTayTarik very good point of view!

  • @LesterTayTarik how can this trick fool epl players ?

  • just because I follow all the STRskillSchool I become school's star player

    A big thanks to STRskillSchool

  • @HantuToyolHijau Thats great to hear. Keep working hard. Stay at the top

  • I'm a defender and I do this every single game when i got forwards on my back. It really does help! Works every time.

  • Nice video watch this and say your opinion

    /watch?v=-dCg6w8CU44

  • Nice skill, and it will work most of the time, but i'm the best defender for my team and i get annoyed at my back line when this happens to them because to me it's so simple;

Number one Defensive Rule: Dont watch the guys legs or his body, kick your reflexes into gear, and just watch the ball.

  • I feel like licking the grass

  • nani did this against blackburn yesterday and it worked so yeah

  • Or... play the way you are facing, but either way...

  • as a defender if I am breathing on your neck and you do that, in those 3 seconds you leave the ball open without an shield of your body over it,I could just poke it out,or drag it back.

  • @NearsL but as a defender you will follow the movement so it gives the attacker the chance to get away

  • @STRskillSchool what? as a defender I focus on the ball, and at the body movement of the legs, not the player's body, because if think to much of what he's doing with his left hand, and his right index finger and how he's twitching his left eye and still tasting that broccoli hes got stuck in between his teeth, of course I won'tget the ball, regardless of what he does. This move is good, but not that good. 00:42 that's enough space for an amazing slide tackle.

  • @STRskillSchool

Me as a defender I don't look at his movement. I look at the ball and the persons hips to read his movements.

  • @STRskillSchool I stay back a foot or two and jockey/wait for your next movement then proceed to attack after you have completed the move. Pressuring you to either pass or fumble with the ball.

  • @STRskillSchool As a defender you look at the ball not the player, looking at the player is the easiest way to get beaten

  • @STRskillSchool as a defender I follow the ball not the player

  • @NearsL

Ok, if you're a defender, I suppose you are not from Real Madrid, because those guys always get owned by Iniesta's, Xavi's and Messi's dummy moves.

  • @Dzastynas Okay, you obviously know I'm a Madridista. I don't love them because of just the defense, in that 3-1 they did a pretty good job of keeping messi at a low level. Still there are otherplayers on the team. As a defender I also look up to the other greats in History, Maldini,Nesta,Cannavaro,Puyol, and others like Mexes,Ramos,Kompany,Vidic,Gerrard.

  • @NearsL

:D How the hell should I know youre a real madrid fan ?:D

  • @NearsL

What does Gerrard do in your list?...

  • @NearsL you should just step over it then drag it the other way, not move your whole body to one side of the ball and leave it exposed

  • @NearsL

no. Iv done this a lot and no defender has ever not fallen for it.

  • @fretchtillidie lol what are you playing with 3rd graders? come on, if a defender just stays his distance like is supposed to be done, then it shouldn't be a problem, come on -.-

  • @NearsL Well, if you're breathing on his neck, the attacking player will keep the ball at his feet so you can't see it, so he makes you think he's going to pass but swiping over. And I'll say 95-97% of the time people will pass, so what are the chances you'll guess he's not passing, and choose not to tackle and intercept his pass? You'd look like an idiot waiting for him turn, when really he was passing and you'd just stand there.

  • @ZainJ100 Alexis Sanchez did this move yesterday and it was VERY VERY affective. But then again opponents get scared because he's wearing that Barca jersey. But that's another story. reagrdless this move is alright, but not as effective to ME as others. :) but again the ball is not moving, its just sitting there I can poke it out, It'd be better to show then too talk about, just look at Maldini,Nesta,Cananvaro,Sergio Ramos, etc. etc. look as to how they did it.

  • @NearsL if you think about it he has basically dummied the ball so how on earth would u know what he was going to do and even if u did u wouldn't have time to react

    BOOM suck on them

  • @MisterBubbles95 lol, again, no if he's moving his legs and not even facing me how can the defender possibly know what im doing to do?

  • @MisterBubbles95 going to do*

  • José Luis Caminero shows it works against Barca!

search this on youtube : Caminero jubila a Nadal

  • My dads been using this move ever since I can remember and it fools people all the time.

  • Personally thought this was pretty useful

  • Can you add some videos about goalkeeping...

  • press 4 = dead arm

  • @STRskillSchool Hey can you teach us how to get pass a defender when you have the ball in your feet and you have your back against the pushing defender? If you get what i mean...

  • @STRskillSchool dont listen to them, i learned to love football until i was 18 years old, thanks to you im learning the basics :D

  • @cokacola4610 disagree with you. It works.

  • @cokacola4610

search this on youtube : Caminero jubila a Nadal

  • To be a great player you'll need to master the easy tricks 100%. One word : Zidane!

  • I usually feint them or do the roulette

  • You ould also turn back to them and meg them ;)

  • u rock man thx waiting for the other trick :-)

  • Are there any other ways besides this one? I use this a lot and people seem to anticipate it.

  • Haters gonna hate, keep doing what u do, at least ur trying to help ppl get better in football not trolling in the net criticising ppl that actually wanted to help.

  • I love how you deal with the trolls on your Channel. RESPECT!

  • Wow, stop hating on this guy. He has spent a lot of time on his channel, and uploads these videos for our benefit. If you are so good at soccer/football, what are you doing watching tutorial videos on youtube?

  • its basic but i works really well if you fake the pass to a team mate

  • Intereçante vou praticar ^^

  • i love ure work but it can seem a little too basic but u still do a good job;)

  • Haterz be hatin, lovers be lovin <3

  • Mybe some viewer who repeatedly asking STRSkilSchool to stop, to just shut up and mind their own business. No offense to them.

  • hey can you do a tut on multiple step over turns? Like you know how they have double scissors? Can you do a tut on a double step over turn? It just looks fancier and I can get it right but when I turn it with the outside of my foot the ball gets chipped a little sometimes

  • @0.56

  • Wow you get a lot of haters, and all they're really doing is trying to say they're better =/ God complex. I play futsal and I think I'm pretty good, but I'm always looking to improve, and your tutorials are a great help. Keep posting mate

  • I don't get why people rip on you because of your videos. Of course the ball would be stopped for the video because if it were moving then recording it would be shaky or out of focus. This is a tutorial, its suppose to teach you the basics, fundamentals, which after practice you can combine with other tricks/moves. These basic tricks are suppose to induce creativity, just because you see this trick doesn't mean you have to do it all the time, its a building block. GOD! I LOVE YOU VIDEOS!

  • nice video thanks!

  • Dude.. You have good videos but almost ALL of them have that music -.-'

  • PELE

  • I don't understand why people are such asses.....if you know it all why are you online looking up soccer moves and then bashing the person who has taken their time to put quality information on the web? Get a life!!!! Good job Soccer Skill School!!!!

  • You people like MarkXbl & utd95 should shut up. You don't know what you're talking about.

  • nicee but if you are a good defender you won't fall in this.

  • Comment removed

  • I don't know what you guys are talking about u can definetly use this move in a game

  • I not a hater but can you try something that hard and it's hot and new!.

    Not old tricks.

  • Actually I do wake up wanting to play football every day and these videos are very helpful i watch them every day and practice keep up the good work

  • No offense mate, you're obviously very good at football if you're making tutorial vids, but this is very basic. I used to do this stuff in year 3 along with the rest of the year, I don't think that age group are youtube based. Also, I don't think anyone wakes up with a burning desire to play football from the ground up. You're targeting the wrong market mate.

  • @MarkXbl Why am I the most subscribed football channel and why have I got millions of views? This is 1 of nearly 90 vids. Im sure you haven't watched them all

  • @STRskillSchool Agreed. These are just tutorials for learning the skills that can be used in the game. Thank you for posting them mate, keep posting more :)!

  • @STRskillSchool

Because lot's of New kids don't know any good tricks and your tricks is the easiest to do.

  • @STRskillSchool wooooah check you out big time!

  • @MarkXbl lol, i am 15 and i am on the JV team for my soccer team at school and this is my first year playing, i really did just wake up one day wanting to play soccer and it so happened to be that my soccer team was short! lol i just thought it was funny because i really did just wake up with a burning desire lol.

  • @MarkXbl We're all glad that you're that good. w/e

  • @MarkXbl And what's the most important in football? The basics. Sick and tired of everybody complaining, it's for those who needs inspiration or don't know the skill yet. Not for the obviously pro guys, like you. No offense mate.

  • @MrThomasHedegaard It's daft though. If you haven't been brought up to play footy, why would you just want to do it all of a sudden from the ground up? If you have to watch a video on youtube to learn something like this, you're not going to be good enough to implement it in a game.

  • @MarkXbl Well, not everybody playing football is our age so they're still learning stuff like this. And as mentioned it could be inspirational to some. Maybe someone knows this trick, but just has to refine it with the step-by-step guide..

I do not see these videos harming anyone, and I'm 100% sure that people get a lot of help and inspiration through these

  • @MrThomasHedegaard I just think it's pointless trying to learn something like this through youtube... it's like trying to teach someone to drive by making the watch a video. I just think if you have the desire to learn new skills and improve, you're already at a basic level which exceeds this. Sure he's not doing any harm and I may have came across as a bit of an arsehole, but I left that comment months ago and have been getting replies all the while since explaining myself.

  • @MarkXbl well since u hating much why dont you make tutorial vids?

  • @MarkXbl Actually, I always wake up with a burning desire for football(soccer).

  • this works only if the ball is moving in front of you, example, if you want to clear it as a defender, ball goes outside the pitch, you want to keep it in, and someone is pressing you behind the back. it's a good video as a basic move. for more advanced defense playing, watch the english premier league :))))

  • whats wrong whit that kids hand

  • What park was this video shot? I would like to get one built here.

  • What park was this video shot?

  • This is a bit pointless, because when do you really try to turn a defender with a dead ball? but what ever floats your boat i spozze

  • @utd95 its a tutorial. you can do it while its moving. and the ball does stop in games you know. give it a try

  • @utd95 I have personally used this trick in games while the ball is in motion and it does work. Just give it a try.

  • @utd95 ur wrong. U can use this when u are running and it works for me all the time.

  • @utd95 uh maybe if you got the pass and your back is facing a defender and he is on you.... think outside the box...

  • Hey guys, I wanted to ask you can vote for my soccer team they are in a competition sponsored by the New YorkRedBulls If my team gets the most votes, they receive $10, 000 worth of soccer equipment I am truly sorry for bothering you+every1 but i really want my team to win. • @CDRLShow Sorry mate would have done if I saw this in time.

  • @yungf4st Hey man no problem. We lost this year by 500 votes. Hopefully next year there will be another one of these tournaments and we will win. Thanks

  • Guys u dont need to learn these tricks by watching this video. just start playing football and u will learn automatically. These are are basic tricks only.

  • @888speedo look at all my videos. there are harder tricks

  • @STRskillSchool

he can u show vids of urself doing these trick guides with someone gaurding you? i just want to see how you can actually apply it in a game. sorry if this is too much to ask

  • @STRskillSchool i can do all the tricks in ur videos. They are not that much harder but yeah not so easy if u are newbie. So i want to say that i watch a lot of your videos and other football videos too (mostly Cristiano Ronaldo videos :D ) and now i have seen them so many times that i am bored now and i want to know something new. Can u make some other type of videos too like about diet or exercises. (^ _ -) thnx

  • @888speedo no one wants u to learn anything from here.this is just a tutorial, just to give u some ideas on how to do those tricks.

    and well done,str

  • hahahhahahhahahhaahahhhaaaaahahahahhaha !

  • i love the videos, but i never get to practice them :(((

  • DUDE!! I WATCHED YOUR VIDS AND NOW THEY GAVE ME THE NUMBER "10" SHIRT!! UR MY HERO MAN!!!

  • @Jeica123 then you're fucked lol

  • Well in the heat of a game this move is always effective no matter how good the defender is.

  • im a center back and this move would be piss easy to deffend

  • this feint already helped me sometimes ! good work :D

  • i thought we would get to see a nice control and turn in one time from a pass but instead we get a lame bad performed move

  • Superb

  • wow i like seeing his videos but UGH i hate the intro big time -_-"

  • This never works on 11 v 11 matches.. The defender will just tackle you from behind and you will only get a free kick :P And theese type of tackles from behind usually hit your muscle.. so it hurts really bad

  • this doesn't always work especially when the defender is tall and can easily just realize what your doing after the first try doesn't work

  • Great move! Its easy yet cool

  • i love this move ! thankyou!
