the trick is While Doing what was shown in the video transfer all your weight to the tail and pull your front foot up, and much like Everyone else who has come to this thread knows dont let either foot touch the ground at any point, after this i find it works best to pull the front foot up and the back foot under to allow the flip to take place but each to there own ^^.
