their not real SWAT, the basis of this guys show is to take normal perople and train them in various combat styles and then at the end of the show the normal people then use that training in a set of exercises

first thing the shooter is gonna see is your muzzle come around the corner, and then your hands, and then your arms and thats when hes going to start shooting. Your #1 will be dead before he can even get to his arching position and your #2 will die/stumble over your #1's body then there will be a jam up at that door and then the shooter can toss a flash bang or frag grenade out the door and you guys will be running for your lives.

I only have one problem with this video.  In the last scenario, no member of any law enforcement organization would ever reach for their credentials when facing someone armed who might be a friendly. They follow the instructions of the person with the goddamn gun and after being checked for arms, their creds are usually discovered.

I wonder who came up with these methods first, the SAS or SWAT? The SAS seems like they've been doing it for a longer time than the SWAT since they do it faster and more efficiently. They also stick to the same standard equipment like the mp5, p228, flashbangs. I don't know. Maybe they hide certain things from the public. My knowledge comes from tv shows and I think the information is limited.

lol what a buncha show-offs. Try your thors hammer on a 4" steel door, with 1" rebar rods, locking into 6 x 6" deep holes each side of the door. With a fail safe above and below the lock/hinges. You need solid walls of cement 10" thick.So the rods can slip into the deep holes for the rebar.
