Just some trivia... Rashaan has been around just as long as MInt Condition and the 3 T's, in fact he has been writing and producing since Tevin Campbell (met them both back in the day)....Also both the 3 T's and Mint Condition came out aroud the same time, 1989, so I dont believe it were possible to necessarily be "biting" each other's style.. and Tonex didnt start recording until 1996.
Hey if you really love him on cd, you will go bonkers if you heard him live pure talent pure talent is all I can say he is very humble in his presence and you can feel he loves what he does. So even though he doesnt get the credit he deserves he stays strong and sticks to his craft that he does so well.loveme some rahsaan
When I bought his album back in the 90's, this was the track I kept on playing. I still think this is his best track to date. Damn this good stuff ended in the 90's.
@eeedubeee Your right Rashaan sounds like "Stokley" of Mint Condition who sounds like "Raphael Saddiq" formerly of Tony, Toni, Toney who sounds like "Tonex" formerly a gospel singer. But I will say this Rashaan surely hit's some HIGH notes.
i used crank this in my 87' prelude with javier, res and donnie cloud 9 that is.nuff said!!!!
